About Agustin Sevillano

Agustin "Augie" Sevillano has dedicated over 24 years to his career as a trial attorney, specializing in personal injury law for the past two decades. His practice focuses on supporting individuals who have sustained serious injuries. Mr. Sevillano’s expertise spans a variety of cases, including vehicular accidents, pedestrian incidents, railroad injuries (including FELA claims), premises liability, complex medical malpractice, and defective product claims.


An accomplished litigator, Mr. Sevillano has garnered extensive experience in both state and federal courts across Connecticut. Throughout his career, he has managed over a thousand personal injury claims and has represented clients in over sixty jury trials, successfully securing more than $20 million in settlements and verdicts. His ability to simplify complex cases for juries, paired with his use of advanced courtroom technology, has marked him as a distinguished attorney in his field.

Mr. Sevillano earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in 1995 and graduated from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1998. He began his career as a public defender, honing his skills in criminal defense before focusing on personal injury law. He is a member of the Bridgeport and Connecticut Bar Associations.


Residing in Shelton, Connecticut, with his wife and three active sons, Augie remains passionate about soccer. He continues to play and contributes to his community as the Boys’ Soccer Coach at Shelton High School and as a coach for both the U13 and U16 Premier Girls’ teams at Revolution United Soccer Club.
