He strives to make the legal process as accessible as possible for his clients, taking particular pride in assisting non-English speakers, being fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.

Mr. Sevillano’s litigation successes include securing favorable outcomes for clients affected by railroad accidents, construction mishaps, and incidents involving unsafe premises or highway defects. He has effectively pursued claims against negligent parties including drunk drivers and has extensive experience with liquor liability claims under the Connecticut Dram Shop Act. Additionally, he has prosecuted significant cases against pharmaceutical companies responsible for life-altering injuries and deaths.

Recognized for his excellence in trial advocacy, Mr. Sevillano is a Board Certified Civil Litigator by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and is an active member of both the American Association for Justice and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Sevillano earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in 1995 and graduated from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1998. He began his career as a public defender, honing his skills in criminal defense before focusing on personal injury law. He is a member of the Bridgeport and Connecticut Bar Associations.

Residing in Shelton, Connecticut, with his wife and three active sons, Augie remains passionate about soccer. He continues to play and contributes to his community as the Boys’ Soccer Coach at Shelton High School and as a coach for both the U13 and U16 Premier Girls’ teams at Revolution United Soccer Club.
